Refund policy
Returns due to change-of-mind/incorrect choice or fit must be unused and have swings tags attached, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order with your concerns.
If the item/items are approved for return, you will receive authorisation to mail them back, packaged safely for an exchange or store credit.
Please note that a $15 re-stocking fee applies per item for returns.
If you are requiring a simple exchange of size, colour or style to the same value of the goods purchased or more, please post your purchased item/items back with a self addressed pre-paid postage bag for us to send back your exchanged item/items and your restocking fee will be waived.
Alternatively a store credit will be issued, after your returning item/items have been received and inspected, for the cost of the goods minus re-stocking fee/fees. Store Credits/Gift vouchers have a 5yr expiration date from date of issue.
